Acceptance of Terms

By signing in and using Tidybox ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Description of Service

Tidybox is an AI-powered email triage tool that connects to your Gmail account via Google OAuth, reads your inbox, classifies emails using GPT-4o-mini, applies labels in Gmail, and generates a daily briefing. The Service is provided for personal productivity use.

Google Account Access

Tidybox requests access to your Gmail account to read email metadata, create and apply labels, and optionally move emails to trash at your request. You can revoke this access at any time from your Google Account settings at myaccount.google.com/permissions.

Tidybox will not access your Gmail account beyond the permissions explicitly granted, and will not share your data with third parties except as described in the Privacy Policy.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer or exploit the Service
• Use the Service to process emails on behalf of others without their consent
• Abuse rate limits or attempt to circumvent usage restrictions

Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by the Privacy Policy, which describes what data is collected, how it is stored, and how it is used. Email bodies are never stored. OAuth tokens are encrypted at rest. Snippets are purged after analysis.

Service Availability

Tidybox is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Tidybox is not responsible for any loss of data, missed emails, or incorrect classifications made by the AI.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tidybox shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

Changes to These Terms

These Terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
